Shipping
Every order dispatches within 48 hours from our partner ateliers and travels fully tracked to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and New Zealand in 6-12 days.
Shipping is a flat $9.95, and free on every order over $75. You'll receive the tracking number the moment your set leaves the workshop.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied at checkout can't be refunded, though we'll reship once at half price as a goodwill gesture. International orders may attract import duties levied by your country; those are the importer's responsibility.
The breakage guarantee
Ceramics travel. Rarely, they don't survive the journey. Photograph the parcel and the piece within 7 days of delivery, and we ship a replacement at no cost — no return, no forms, no argument. That's the whole policy. (It covers transit damage, not drops after delivery.)
Lost parcels
A parcel is lost when tracking shows no delivery scan 30 days after dispatch — lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full, your choice. A tracking scan marked "delivered" is treated as delivered; we'll help you raise a carrier investigation, but delivered parcels aren't refundable.
Returns
If a set isn't what you expected, email hello@mirukii.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns are sent back by mail to our atelier. You cover the return shipping label, and we deduct that cost from your refund. Once the returned pieces arrive back with us, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
One item can't be returned: the ceremonial matcha powder. It's a food product, and once its seal is opened it can't be returned or resold.
