Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse the store we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, through privacy-respecting analytics.

Your details are used to fulfil and deliver your order, send order and shipping confirmations, handle returns and breakage claims, and respond to support requests.

With your consent we may send product news and offers. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

We share only what each partner needs to serve you:

Stripe (payment processing), our fulfilment partner CJ Dropshipping (name and shipping address, to deliver your order), our shipping carriers (address and phone, for delivery), and our email provider Resend (email address, for order notifications).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We use a small number of cookies: one to keep your cart contents between visits, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; the store still works, but your cart won't persist.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by writing to hello@mirukii.com. Australian customers have additional rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth); EU/UK customers have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Australian tax obligations. Support correspondence is kept for 2 years. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard security programs.
